Shipping Service

We only ship on Monday and Tuesday to the Contiguous USA. We DO NOT SHIP to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes. For multiple fish orders you can send us a direct message and we will create a custom listing of your desired fishes. 

 

Shipping Details

The fish will be shipped in new dechlorinate clean water with methylene blue or ammonia reducing media pad and double bagged in clear polyethylene bags that are 3mm or 4mm thick and filled with pure oxygen. If temperature is below 55°F, the fish will be shipped in an insulated box and blow insulation or newspaper depending on temperature. We will include heat packs or ice packs free of charge to accommodate for the temperature in both areas. Notifying us helps as a reminder and are appreciated, you can message us or leave a note in the check out.

MY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY & DOA POLICY

(Please read our DOA policy below before placing an order)

We guarantee LIVE ARRIVAL of our fish. In the unlikely event that the fish is dead-on-arrival(DOA), four clear photos of the unopened polyethylene bag with the fish inside are required within 2 hours of arrival (Delivery Time as marked by Shipping Company), and a fund will be issued for the dead. Shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping charges are not covered by our DOA policy. We offer replacements only if we have any in stock for any DOA items or not, we will refund 100% of the item. Our DOA only covers the fish that arrived dead. We do not cover the fish that dies at any point beyond the 2-hour arrival time or have been taken out of the polyethylene bag and not in the original water.
