How the fish are shipped

Fishes will be double bagged in clear polyethylene 3mm or 4mm thick bag insulated with Styrofoam and blow insulation or newspaper dependent on temperature.

We ship on Monday/Tuesday to the Contiguous USA. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Box.

**Shipping date may initially appear as more than 2 days, but it should adjust as it is processed by the shipping company.

Photos

Photos may be a representation and not an actual depiction of the fish. Pictures are taken by me unless noted on the picture.

Heating Packs / Ice Packs

We can include heating pads or ice packs to accommodate the temperature in your area. We will add a heat pack or cold pack if needed but notifying me helps as a reminder, you can message us or leave a note in the order, and we will include a heat pack or ice pack free of charge.

MY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY & DOA POLICY (Please read our DOA policy below before placing an order)

1. We guarantee LIVE ARRIVAL of our fish. 

2. In the unlikely event that the fish are dead on arrival, two clear photos of the unopened polyethylene bag are required within 2 hours of arrival (Delivery Time as marked by Shipping Company), and a refund will be issued for the dead. Shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Shipping charges are not covered by our DOA policy.

4. We offer replacements only if we have any in stock for any DOA items or not, we will refund 100% of the item only, not the shipping cost.

***Our DOA only covers the fish that arrive dead. We do not cover the fish that dies at any point beyond the 2-hour arrival time or have been taking out the polyethylene bag.***
